Manhattan Skyline Launches New Consumer & Mobile Friendly Real Estate Website Manhattan
Manhattan Skyline Management Corp®, one of the city’s most prominent developer, owner, and management firms, is pleased to launch a brand-new company website that allows visitors to easily access in-depth information on the company’s residential portfolio of several thousand luxury apartments in New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods. Designed to be both consumer and broker-friendly, visitors to the site can easily search and directly apply for current rental availabilities within the portfolio. “We’re thrilled to share our new website with our current residents, prospective residents and the brokerage community,” said Laurie Zucker, vice chairwoman at Manhattan Skyline. “We spent a lot of time making the site visually compelling and exciting, capturing beautiful time-lapse videos from some of our favorite NYC vantage points and lots of fresh photography of both our apartments and the neighborhoods.”
Listing descriptions are individually tailored to offer the experience of walking through each property with detailed photography. Searches can be performed by neighborhood, price, and various other filters. Additionally, the site is optimized for mobile to ensure it’s user-friendly across multiple platforms. “Functionally, we wanted the new website to be a one-stop shop where users can search through our no-fee listings, apply directly for apartments, and reach out to our incredibly helpful and hands-on in-house leasing teams,” added Chris Dell’Armo, vice president of Sales, Leasing, and Marketing for Manhattan Skyline. “We also wanted it to function flawlessly on mobile so those searching on phones or tablets still get the full experience of the site.” The new site features a resident portal, where current residents can easily and securely pay their rent online, via credit card or ACH. The portal also easily connects residents both with the building community and Manhattan Skyline staff. A new blog feature will showcase neighborhood highlights, building events, and contests, among other updates, and residents can also find helpful information and content from Sky’s The Limit, the personal concierge for all Manhattan Skyline residents. Offering everything from move-in services, to finding the right dog-walking service, or scoring that hard-to-get reservation at the city’s latest hot restaurant, this service provides residents with tangible lifestyle benefits, as well as an enhanced community feel with exclusive residents-only events and special discounts.
A division of Donald Zucker Company, one of New York City’s leading real estate organizations, Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has also developed some of the city’s most prominent condominiums and cooperatives. In addition to its residential division, the company also has an extensive commercial portfolio, including retail space in Manhattan as well as hundreds of triple net retail and commercial properties across the United States. For the first time, the company website now also features information on the residential for sale properties and retail availabilities with a fully built out commercial section. “Our company has actively invested in the single-tenant triple-net lease retail property market and we are continually looking to acquire new assets,” Zucker said. “We’ve never really had a dedicated space online where brokers and prospective tenants can access these availabilities directly and contact us easily. We are very pleased to now have all of our properties both residential and commercial easily searchable in one place.” The company also unveiled a new logo, first appearing on the website as part of Manhattan Skyline’s more contemporary visual brand identity which will be carried through all social media channels. The company is active on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. For more information, go to www.manhattanskyline.com.
